General participant terms

These general terms become binding only when incorporated into a signed participant proposal or location agreement. That document identifies the chosen route, designated stock, start date, amounts and services.

Participation · version 21 August 2026

The operating and commercial framework for online-only, a Vintage Design Center and temporary market participation.

01

Independent status

The participant sells as an independent professional or private seller in the status correctly declared in advance. Participation creates no employment, partnership, agency or general authority. Seller identity and consumer status must be accurate for each object.

02

Designated routes and stock only

Online-only, a Center and a temporary market are separate routes. Only objects, space, period and services designated in writing fall within the agreement. Other stock creates no commission, location charge or implied obligation in that route.

03

Objects and rights

The participant warrants ownership or valid authority to sell and provides accurate maker, period, material, dimensions, restoration, operation, condition, price, tax status and known-defect information. Third-party brands, images and texts require the necessary rights. Counterfeit or unlawfully obtained goods are excluded.

04

Published pricing

Online-only: 5% sales commission plus the monthly platform fee stated in the proposal. Prepaying year one applies the agreed written discount to the first three months. Centers: C 7.5%, B 10%, A 15%. Monthly space and service amounts are location-specific and separate.

05

Zandhoven

Only expressly designated space costs €8.50 per m² per month; designated Center sales carry 7.5%. Products or space not designated to Zandhoven carry no Zandhoven commission, rent, energy, maintenance, service, handling or other location charge. Optional services cost only after prior description and price approval.

06

Payment and settlement

Online payments use Stripe and physical Center payments SumUp. A Center customer pays once; Vintage Design Center then records sale price, commission, actual provider cost, confirmed service and participant balance separately. Statements identify the object, transaction, adjustments, payout and reference.

07

Stock, presentation and safety

The participant keeps price and availability current and follows agreed delivery, replacement and collection. Center stock stays inside its allocated area and clear of visitor, emergency and loading routes. The local team may temporarily block an unsafe, misdescribed or legally risky object.

08

Customers, returns and complaints

The agreement allocates seller identity and responsibility for questions, conformity, withdrawal, return, damage, refund and transport. Participants provide timely information and funds needed to honour customer rights. Internal fee arrangements cannot restrict buyer rights.

09

Content, brand and confidentiality

For the term, the participant grants a non-exclusive right to publish approved object information and images in the agreed Vintage Design Center route. The Vintage Design Center brand may be used only within the confirmed application. Non-public sales, customer and business data are used only for operations.

010

Term, suspension and exit

Start, minimum term, notice and wind-down appear in the proposal. Serious illegality, fraud, safety risk, repeated false stock or payment default can trigger temporary suspension. On exit, listings, objects, access, open orders, complaints and final settlement are closed in a controlled way.

011

Priority and changes

The signed proposal and location schedule prevail where they expressly differ. New general terms are notified in advance and do not apply retrospectively by silence. Belgian law applies subject to rules the parties or consumers cannot exclude.
