At the sale
The customer completes one relevant checkout. Vintage Design Center records the object, selling route, amount, payment reference and handover plan.

Stock changes promptly. Commission, actual processing cost, adjustments and participant amount appear in the settlement.

Exceptions remain traceable
A failed payment, return, damage, delayed pickup or correction keeps the same object and transaction references, with a current status, responsible person and next action.
