01

Do I need a building already?

No. You can bring a defined search area, but a specific property is required before feasibility can be accepted.

02

Can I use the Vintage Design Center name after applying?

No. Brand use begins only under the applicable written agreement and accepted launch conditions.

03

Is Zandhoven the template price?

No. Zandhoven publishes €8.50 per m² because that is its own C-location price. A new Center must prove its own monthly amounts.

04

Who selects participant stock?

Participants remain responsible for choosing and accurately describing their objects. The local operator manages space, information, safety and agreement compliance.

05

What commissions apply?

The public Center references are 7.5% for C, 10% for B and 15% for A locations. The accepted location class must match the real service and operating model.

06

What is the first useful action?

Prepare a concise location dossier with real property, market and operator facts. Do not sign a lease on the assumption of approval.
