Contact and identity details, business details, enquiries and correspondence, object and stock records, orders, payment and refund references, collection or delivery details, consent choices and limited technical security data. Do not send payment-card details through a general form.
We answer requests, perform requested steps and agreements, manage sales, stock and payment records, prevent fraud or misuse and comply with accounting, safety and other legal duties. Depending on the purpose, the basis is contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Only where necessary: hosting and website suppliers, communications and professional advisers, Stripe for online payments, SumUp for physical payments, agreed carriers and competent authorities. An independent seller receives only what is needed for its sale or handover.
