Complete agreed works, permits, fire and access measures, utilities, circulation, signage, staff areas, storage, pickup and installation routes.

Recruit against the local model, sign proposals, designate footprints and stock, complete business verification and install reliable object records.

Train the team and test holds, SumUp payments, stock changes, receipts, participant settlement, pickup, transport, incidents and closing routines.

Confirm accurate location information, opening hours, contact routes, pricing, participant routes and communications without unsupported claims.

Record accepted checks, remaining exceptions, owner and due date. Launch is a documented decision, not simply the announced opening day.
