The percentage is public; monthly space, item and service components are local and must be shown in the specific Center proposal.

C locations

Accessible, flexible Center environments use 7.5% commission. Zandhoven is a C location and separately publishes €8.50 per m² per month.

B locations

More intensively organised shared showrooms use 10% commission. The location proposal defines its monthly footprint and services.

A locations

High-service and high-presentation environments use 15% commission. A location-specific item, space or service contribution may also apply when published or agreed.

Classification does not erase local facts

The building, team, audience, opening rhythm and services remain visible. A class is a commercial reference, not a claim that all locations are identical.
