What Zandhoven charges
Every recurring or transactional charge must connect to designated Zandhoven space, a Zandhoven Center sale or a separately accepted service.

Only agreed services
Transport, special installation, storage, unusual fixtures, event participation or another service is chargeable only when described and priced in writing.

No implied building extras
Energy, maintenance or a service contribution is not added merely because the object is at Zandhoven. Any such line must be explicit in the signed proposal.

Everything else remains outside
Non-designated products and space incur no Zandhoven commission, rent, energy, maintenance, service, handling or any other location charge.
