Floor area, audience, service level, operating rhythm and building costs differ by Center. The commission class and local monthly proposal are therefore shown separately.

The proposal identifies the location, format, area or item count, assigned objects, term, services and opening responsibilities.

The Center can answer visitors, record holds and complete sales within the agreed mandate. Participant expertise remains reachable when a specialist question arises.

A Center cannot charge commission, rent, utilities, maintenance, service or handling for stock and space that were not explicitly designated to it.
