The agreed square metres define the monthly calculation. Floor line, height, access route, power and storage need to be explicit.

Vitrine or rack

Smaller formats depend on the fixture, security, item density and restocking access. A written fixed proposal applies when a public m² calculation is not suitable.

Temporary presentation

A pop-up or event names dates, footprint, object list, setup, staffing, payment route and breakdown before acceptance.

Placement is operational, not collection selection

Zandhoven decides whether the available physical format can work safely and clearly; the participant remains responsible for choosing the objects.
